Who runs Moon Fleets
Moon Fleets is run day-to-day by Marco Colomban, Managing Director of Otto Scooter Ltd, who oversees the fleet, the workshop and the West London store across the company’s brands — and writes the guides and the London Commute Cost Index published on this site.
The company was founded in 2019 by Luca Amaduzzi and has served 2,000+ riders across London, running electric fleets for operators including GoPuff, Pizza Hut and Ocado alongside its commuter subscriptions.
