Moon Fleets offers three electric mopeds on flexible monthly subscription in London: the Askoll eS3 (£179/month — 41 mph, 54-mile range), the Yadea GFX (£249/month — 28 mph, 30-mile range, 55 kg, keyless) and the Yadea OWIN (£289/month — 28 mph, 50-mile range, cruise control and reverse). No licence? Our sister brand Moon Bike Rentals rents cargo e-bikes; the Askoll eS-Pro 70 is rented through Otto Scooter.
The mopeds require a CBT certificate or a full motorcycle licence, and riders must be 21 or over. Every moped is fully electric and ULEZ-exempt, and every subscription includes third-party insurance, free servicing, GPS tracking and an anti-theft lock, month to month. Moon Fleets is a brand of Otto Scooter Ltd and collects from its West London base.

Which vehicles need a licence?
The electric mopeds (Askoll eS3, Yadea GFX and Yadea OWIN) require a CBT or a full motorcycle licence, and riders must be 21 or over. No licence? Our sister brand Moon Bike Rentals rents cargo e-bikes from 18.
Which one should I choose?
Pick by your commute and your taste: the Askoll eS3 is the quickest (41 mph) and goes furthest (up to 54 miles); the Yadea GFX is the light, app-connected one (55 kg, keyless); the Yadea OWIN adds classic Italian-style looks, hydraulic suspension, cruise control and up to 50 miles of range. The two Yadeas are L1e mopeds limited to 28 mph — fine for most inner-London roads, less so for fast A-roads.

The Askoll eS-Pro 70 is rented through our sister brand Otto Scooter, on ottoscooter.co.uk.
Are all the vehicles electric and ULEZ-exempt?
Yes. Every Moon Fleets moped is fully electric and exempt from the ULEZ charge across Greater London, 24/7 — and there’s no road tax to pay.
Is insurance and servicing included?
Every subscription includes third-party motor insurance, free servicing, GPS tracking and an anti-theft lock. Optional Damage & Excess Protection (£39/month) reduces your damage/theft excess to £50.
