Yes. The CYCL Carr-e is an electric cargo bike (an EAPC), so no CBT and no driving licence are required to ride it in London — you can start straight away. It’s made in Italy, with a Bafang motor and 2-speed automatic gearbox, Tannus anti-puncture tyres and disc brakes, built to carry more in comfort.
It is available on a Moon Fleets monthly subscription at £125 per month, including servicing, GPS tracking and an anti-theft lock — as an EAPC it needs no insurance by law. Fully electric and ULEZ-exempt, you collect it from our West London store.
