What is the Yadea OWIN like to ride in London?
The Yadea OWIN is a comfortable, classic-looking L1e electric moped with a 28 mph top speed and up to 50 miles of range from a removable 72V/30Ah LFP battery. Hydraulic suspension front and rear smooths out uneven London roads, and cruise control, one-touch reverse and ECO & SPORT modes make everyday riding easier.
It is available on a Moon Fleets monthly subscription at £289 per month, including third-party insurance, servicing, GPS tracking and an anti-theft lock. A CBT or full motorcycle licence is required; it is fully electric and ULEZ-exempt across Greater London.

Do I need a licence to ride it?
Yes — this is an electric moped, so you need a CBT certificate or a full motorcycle licence. A CBT is a one-day course (around £130) valid for two years. If you’d rather not take a CBT, our cargo e-bikes (CYCL Carr-e and ETT Trayser 2.0) need no licence.
What’s included in the subscription?
Third-party insurance (mopeds), free servicing, GPS tracking and an anti-theft lock — on a rolling monthly subscription. Optional Damage & Excess Protection (£39/month) reduces your damage/theft excess to £50.
How do I get one?
Book a trial online, then collect from our West London store. We’ll walk you through the vehicle, the app and the batteries before you ride away — usually the same day.
