Motorcycle & moped parking in Havering
Is motorcycle parking free in Havering?
No — £2.50 per session, for petrol and electric motorcycles and mopeds alike. A moped parks in the same solo motorcycle bay as a motorbike and pays the same. Every location in the published schedule carries the same "Solo Motorcycles — Flat Rate £2.50" line, on-street and in car parks alike. Sunday shows no charge at most sites, but the council never says that applies to motorcycles.
Checked against Havering council’s own parking page in August 2026. Councils change these schemes, so the sign at the bay always wins.
